With e-Diam, you can easily search for bills and view monthly dues. You can also make online bill payments, making it a convenient option for those who prefer to handle their transactions digitally.

For registered users, e-Diam offers even more features. You can add one or more water accounts and sort them into groups to facilitate follow-up. Additionally, you can upload self-meter readings for bill processes and view account statements and payment records.

e-Diam also offers two new services for Nama Services customers. You can report water leakage through the app and request a new water connection. With all these features, e-Diam provides a comprehensive solution for managing your water accounts and bills.
